Propósito
A partir de 5000 periódicos científicos russos, apenas cerca de 500 são apresentados em bancos de dados estrangeiros (aproximadamente 10%). Esses são principalmente periódicos traduzidos. Até agora, a grande maioria das publicações científicas russas permanece "invisível" e não está disponível online. O Índice de Citação de Ciência Russa torna possível comparar objetivamente periódicos russos com os melhores periódicos internacionais.
