Esta é uma lista de pessoas que afirmam ser imortais. Esta lista não faz referência a entidades puramente espirituais (espíritos, deuses, demônios, anjos), não-humanos (monstros, alienígenas, elfos) ou vida artificial (inteligência artificial, robôs).
Esta lista é composta por pessoas alegadas para alcançar uma existência imortal na Terra. Esta lista não contém aquelas pessoas que deveriam ter atingido a imortalidade através dos meios típicos de uma religião, como um cristão no céu. Também não inclui pessoas cuja imortalidade envolve morar em um lugar não na terra, como Heracles no Monte Olimpo ou os oito imortais do taoísmo no Monte Penglai. Também não inclui pessoas que, de acordo com sua religião, se tornaram divindades ou eram divindades o tempo todo, como Jesus de Nazaré (que como parte da Trindade era, segundo o cristianismo, também Deus) ou Parashurama, de acordo com a mitologia hindu .
